I remember him being kind of bad, and not bad that can be excused from insanity like the other cyber newtypes, but actually bad in Zeta. Wasn't he best friends with the scientist making cyber newtypes, and get involved in some of the experiments as a tester? He was also responsible for tracking down the other cyber newtypes when they fled. It's been a long time since I've watched Zeta, so correct me here.
