Micha should've been the loyal but reckless asshole member of the gang later down the line. Makes zero fucking sense why Dutch haves him around other than "we need a guy that splits the gang up and make him a one note bad guy villain" Javier and Bill both were the reasons why they split the gang up it's just rockstars lazy writing made him a shitty obvious red herring. A twist like that would've made the story 1000% better and connect better to the first game
