Not enough
When I was doing manual labour I would at least normally have a light lunch because physical work makes you hungry
These days I just drink coffee and smoke cigarettes until evening usually (then I'll think about having something for dinner), I don't have much appetite
Life is unsatisfying in general so it's part and parcel
