When interacting with the general populace, a Russian *may* have to feel out the other person's stance on the war/Putin if they want to avoid a confrontation. I have to imagine this is fairly easy for the average Russian, surely 'social chameleon' is something that's been genetically selected for over the past couple centuries with your people.
In some places like Miami you're mostly noticed for organized crime. Though that's not singling you out, Miami is a hotbed for that shit and the old-school Italian families are still very active there.
Overall, not quite as chill as Kazakhstan, but not as sketch as Tbilisi.
