At this point with so many people on steam and with some of those people being massive fucking whales who've spent hundreds of thousands of dollars boosting their steam level into the thousands, even if you have a ton of games eligible and a steam level of 100 you only get a booster like once ever 6 months. And unless you get a foil, which is like a 1-3% chance, that booster is just going to be 10-15 cents.
