Trying to determine if this car is a lost cause, need some input
2004 Nissan Maxima SE with ~120k miles
The front subframe had rotted so I figured I could buy one online and swap it myself at home. Which I did, but the last of four subframe mounting bolts snapped. The rest of the bolt is captive inside the frame rail. There really isn't any way for me to replace it at home.

Is it safe to just weld the subframe to the broken bolt stub once I get everything back together? Will a shop do that if I ask?
