I say Cajun for the seasoned savory beans alone! Tex Mex is crap when it is compared with other Mexican food variety across America. I hate to say it but the restaurants in Los Angeles, Chicago, & New York City tend to focus on the far better and tastier expressions of Mexican flavor and food than Texas influenced kind.
