And the fact that modern english has absorbed so much from french also explains why it's so fucking hard to learn how to pronounce things correctly, hell, not even english speakers pronounce some words how they were meant to be pronounced. Reading that poem of english pronunciation out loud made me say "yeah... maybe I still don't know english cause I barely know how to pronounce/differentiate between some of these" kek.

I remember knowing that you shouldn't eat too much liver at once because the vitamin A in it can give you an overdose of it, since it's a fat-soluble vitamin, and not a water-soluble one like other ones. And yeah, meat kinda has hormones in it too nowadays... Chicken and cow mostly...
I should basically steer away from eating wheats or refined wheats and sugars, and my appearance would improve a lot. But they're cheap and filling. Sigh.
