What? Those lines are all FROM Saikoroshi. Hanyuu does say goodnight and good dreams to Rika there. The scene in Saikoroshi ends with a black screen right after that and Rika asleep, so Sotsu claiming Hanyuu left after that doesn't contradict anything. We never see Rika waking up with Hanyuu still by her side in Saikoroshi.
