Hayate gets +40% Evade out of the gate between his own passive and the idol bonus thing
Heero's getting a unique skill that's Guard/Predict/Revenge combined and he only needs to take a hit first.
Dynazenon's gonna end up with 6 pilots, a passive that stacks armor/hit/evade on top of prevail, and I bet Gridknight will keep Defiance so there's a damage multiplier against most bosses.

They're throwing a lot of "damage increased by 1.2x" around even just from what the demo showed, so I don't think enemy grunts are gonna stand a chance even if you limit your upgrading.
