It's not like you can't do fun things with charge to make them feel more unique in limbus
Consume shield for damage boosts
Don't lose charge shield above X charge
maintain high charge count for passive boosts (personal or team)
Unique defense skill that changes to something big at high charge expenditure

I'd like to see charge with other lesser archetypes as well
gain charge on discarding skills or assist defense as an example
