Looked at HRTGen the ones I saw are all expensive. Is this really the only way? How many blood tests should I do?

On a scale of mid to completely delusional how bad is it gonna be in a few months? I'm mid 20s and the E I bought with bitcoin is arriving some time later this week. Subtle androgenous is what i'm going for if things aren't gross looking. Be as brutally honest as possible, I really don't care if I go on E or T as long as I look fine.
