Vshojo was naive. They built their entire company on an idealistic vision - we won't take anything from the girls if they leave, we won't control them in any way, we give them as much freedom as they can take, and they will be grateful enough to stay with us and grow the brand. It's an almost communist utopia that can only exist in a perfect society. In reality, the girls squeeze this brand dry, and the moment they feel they have outgrown it, they run.
