if you have it linked to ur massive skyrim mod download folder, mo2 can take a while
t. has yuge dl folder on a hdd
and I think I noticed the load times speed up a lot when it wasn't addressed to it
but I like being able to filter for any mod so I put up with it desu
as for game start up times
I've tried profileredirector and decompressing plugins but it didn't make much difference and always takes a couple minutes
