it's not terrible if you combine it with soulblaze, if you get a sword with only 33% (I think) peril resist two sword waves can put you above 85% for a max power shriek so you can stack in only two. Crafting that particular sword is a bit painful though as you need something that starts at damn near 0% peril resist before empowering. It's not overpowered or anything but it's certainly fun. The build itself is very high apm though for sure.
