Speaking of dragons, am I correct in this interaction of rules:

>now it is possible for something to charge a unit, maximise the number of models in base contact, while also negating some of the attacks that it would have received if it charged the center of the unit
or is the charging unit expected to be placed at the center of the charged unit to maximise not just base contacts, but also overall attacks?
