Is it ok taking supplements through airports in Asia? I want to take Ashwaghanda with me when I go because it helps me sleep and reduces jetlag. There should be no problems leaving UK but I wonder what it will be like in Thailand and Vietnam. Also got to change in Dubai and those stinking arabs often do bag searches. I don't want the hassle of explaining myself or potentially being delayed.

Also, anyone take vapes to Thailand? I know its illegal there but any issues concealing in bags etc?
