AI models have most popular characters from boorus built in - it vaguely knows some wow chars but doesn't get their features right
for most characters you use LORAs which are plugins trained on images of that character to feed the AI model the data needed
Either the guy in question has a LORA of the girl or she has a gelbooru tag which is recognized by the model
or he could be using stuff like novelAI which is more advanced in prompt adherence and characters, but is way more restrictive in a lot of other ways
