Quite a number of ways could do rerolls. Will need to have a think about it but one possibility is only allowing rerolls if BV is massively out of whack i.e one side is disadvantaged. Another way is not allowing rolling at all by anons and just do what I did with the first game which is roll for absolutely everyone and what they get is what they get though don't think this would feel as fair and knowing results in advance allows for more fun in creating a character.
