Probably nearing the end of its life. At that point it wouldn't hurt to invert it a bit to see how far the damage is. If the inside is mostly intact and not flaking you should be fine to squeeze out a few weeks or months more. If not well then it's time to say goodbye.

I'm about to given how worn Aoi's eyelashes are. It'll be more for me since I can always just fill them in on edits. She has painted-on makeup though so that'll be something to experiment with.

Currently it's a nearly monthly affair, but before I got some onaholes it peaked at every other day until the honeymoon phase was over then it averaged out to twice a week. Even the onaholes only see use every other day at peak volume since holding off at least a day makes the experience last longer and feel better.

Regular cardio isn't just good for health reasons, it ends up being one of the most physically exhausting things you do in a day and everything else just ends up feeling easier because of it. Work, study, and especially playing with /ona/holes and sex dolls. Throw in regular lifting on top of that and you'll be tired for the right reasons as long as you round it off with a good-enough diet and quality sleep. I know I get my quality sleep with Aoi-chan every night.
