Spent two weeks in Rome last year, smelled weed maybe twice, and a week in Florence the year before, didn't smell it at all.
Meanwhile here in my home city I smell it several times a day, people go into shops and restaurants stinking of it, you smell it from passing cars, people openly smoke it outside pubs.
Hate it.
