It's ナイト(naito) which could mean either night or knight. It's a reference to Chiyomaru's name (小夜丸) 小= little 夜= night. Chiyomaru is canonically very dumb, so she probably thinks calling herself "little knight" is extremely clever+cool and that nobody will be able to figure it out.
