No it doesn't. Who would fire a torpedo at a Chinese ship in the mid east? The nations there for the most part lack any submarine capabilities, and the ones that do are going to be the obvious suspects.
Who could possibly be blamed for an attack on a Chinese vessel, definitely not any of the local 'axis of resistance' fuckers, thats for sure. Iran needs neutral third parties. Having the biggest, strongest neutral party as an enemy is a horrifically bad idea.
