She flip flops a lot during the story. It's pretty clear she was planning to ask him out behind the school while Kirino was in America, before he got the text from Kirino, but then she backs off. Shortly before she does eventually ask him out she says she's "never felt so conflicted". Her destiny record begins with her fantasies, then an expression of despair, then her "ideal world" which is Kyousuke and Kirino together. Then later on after the hot spring confrontation she adds herself back into the picture, and pursues him in the hope him and Kirino will resolve their feelings. Near the end she states she's still pursuing him but at that point she realises that she's already lost.
