I believe in Tyson Greene's development process, he seems to be more technical than ambitious which is what Destiny has needed for some time.

I think if Alison is able to setup something interesting at the end of the campaign that will lead us into the other following three DLCs in this saga, we can definitely expect a much more stable and direct Destiny experience, rather than the back and forth and up and down and tugging every which way we've had under Luke Smith/Mark Noseworthy.
