I think we're kinda screwed on that front, I don't think 3.X will have a single 4*.
Genuinely the best bet was for Archer to maybe be a 4 star, but lol.
Not a single Crystal Heirs, even the dead ones like Hylsien and Terravox, would ever be a 4*, even in a future where we still got them.
