there's a whole bunch of times actually, especially in the new chapters with blushes and "looking away" so the player can't see the expression change. examples off the top of my head are looking away in pain when you kill susie/ralsie's sprites with your sword in sword game 3, being freaked out by you when you leave the tv trying to get the shadow mantle, blushing and possibly making all kinds of faces we can't see in the closet hockey scene, probably also making all kinds of faces we can't see in the weird route couch scene and following garbage can scene (and a toothy grimace we CAN see if you fuck up the weird route couch scene as late as possible where Kris notices your soul before noelle does and he runs out the room with her which is probably the most expression we've seen so far), the blush when Susie asks if he always has the knife on him, implied expressions when the screen fades to black during the diner window-drawing scene, implied expressions hidden by hair during the post-chapter4-dark-world sitting on the bank next to the river scenes when she mentions kris trying to talk with his mouth closed, expressions while losing his shit in bed at the very end of chapter 4, etc.

also in the earlier chapters we obviously have stuff like the evil grin as he pulls out the knife at the very end of chapter 1, implied expressions of distress after Spamton Neo and even screaming such that we can't hear, and probably others i'm forgetting. He seems to be becoming more expressive more often as we go deeper into the game tho
