I'd say the most common issue is this image. There are some moments that are intended to be emotional but the camera might make certain to get a close up of a character's round parts. Which in a vacuum might be basic framing but the character in question might be 2 or 3 steps above lingerie and so there's an unnecessary awkwardness to it.
Besides that there are a couple of KYAA moments but they're not as common as I expected them to be. Even as I type this, the only example I can think of is Mythra sleepwalking into Rex's bed, waking up believing Rex jumped into her bed, and then as she realizes she's in the men's room she gets embarrassed and storms off in a huff. And that's like the worst I can remember off hand. I don't even think they do the whole "MC falls face first into titties" meme.
