toriels character could have unironically been saved from complete assasination if chapter 3 was longer she was on our party. we'd have time to empathize with her and see a character arc that has us rooting for her to find love again, and while the "jitter bug" scene would still be kind of embarassing, it wouldn't feel as insulting.
