I appreciate your advice. My recommendation would be to spend a good while praying to the Lord when you're feeling weak. From my own research, it is permissible to repeat prayers. I know that some Christians believe that you're not to repeat prayers because of Matthew 6:7:
"But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions as the heathen do, for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking." (Matthew 6:7, KJV)
But actually the meaning of that verse is to not meaninglessly and without sincerity repeat words. I have known of plenty of testimonies of people repeating prayers and being heard by God and receiving the help they needed.
There is repeating the Jesus Prayer for example, which is a staple of Orthodox Christianity:
