Rune has so good draw engine, lapis will almost always lose. Haven having 3 lapis in deck is also just brick central. Almost no haven player at higher ranks run lapis, and if they do it's just 1 copy in case of haven mirror match (where lapis often wins the game).

If haven wants to hard counter rune, they try to highroll mainyu + darkhaven grace to deal huge damage to face at beginning, rune often won't have counter, and then finish with storm birbs.
