California has been using prison labor for decades. They literally have chain gangs go out and pick up trash along the highway AT GUNPOINT. These ARE Citizens of the US, but California claims convicts do not have rights.

If a liberal cuck state like California, can deprive US Citizens of Rights that they do have. What are they doing with illegal aliens, that never had those rights in the first place.
