I never understand why namco was so assblasted and surprised by tag 2 not selling a gorillion units

clint was the final nail in the coffin. even if s2 wasn't catastrophically bad, it was already over by then.

is there a capbuck war between jivers and dixers or something? I would love to learn more about that if so. but no i haven't played a new sf since 4 which was also ugly, but at least that was due to incompetence and budget rather than intentionally making the game ugly
