If you referring to the interior lines, I am just marking spatial information as quickly as possible, tonal changes, lines, implied lines, and so on.

Trying to get the complex forms of the feet, and the muscles that cause shape/form changes down both by rote and understanding the muscles,veins, any surface anatomy really, so it is very boring. Not much artistry involved.
