No, a 7, by MAL's own standard, is "Good". A 5 is mediocre (average), but for some reason, a lot of people are too much of a pussy to rate something a 5 despite it being true for them. Suffice it to say, Lazarus wasn't good, hell, it wasn't "fine" either
