I’m a dude in a suit holding an arcane looking grimoire. It’s the perfect outfit to pretend to be a Corporate Sorcerer. Even better, just put my Soul Gem on my outfit, and say it’s a gem tiepin. It’s also a great combo for ambushes for similar reasons, as Grimoire provides me immense power and versatility I can output very quickly and Suit provides the ability to tune my strikes to my target.
>Schools of Magic : Physicality (Adept), Tech (Specialized), Death (Specialized), Curses (Master)
My combat philosophy resembles an ambush predator. Before battle, I scout out my enemy, using my undead, my allies, and my drones to learn about the enemy’s weaknesses and the best moment to strike. Then, once the moment comes I start things off by subtly pressing on a mix of Technopathy, Decay magicks, and probability magicks to deny key enemy capabilities and strengthen my own before entering the fray.
Once I enter combat, my build maximizes versatility of options. Immensely potent spells on the level of Trump Cards from Grimoire, various non-Luminary magic learned from Gifted, trophies from the Old Bone Mother, and all manner of Undead servants and technological gizmos stored right in my Soul Space. This ensures I should have at least one option at hand that can decisively deal with most given threats I’ve had time to research. As I’ve already denied the enemy access to key gear and the ability to call for backup via my preparatory actions in battle, all that’s left in this stage is to implement the right tool for the job to end my enemy.
