Oh I remember this one. It's the tactical horror Lovecraft game. I saw a YouTube video years ago of some long haired freak pretending to be a woman talking about how it's some mysterious hidden gem from the far off Orient and of course it allegedly couldn't be emulated with primitive Western technology. I'm sure he or his friends weren't just trying to pump it on the second hand market. Seems to work fine though that background gradient is pretty bad.
