I can not get over anything about it. I get it's their special project but holy shit it's like a teenager's pet project let lose without any understanding of what the player would want or engage in with a VN.
I know it would hurt them both emotionally and financially but they be better off killing it, taking it apart and bring back a much better, leaner VN.
That's what made STP such a hit, it was compact and tight and polished as fuck. Three characters, tight locations, with an arty farty plot that isn't pretension (rare as hen's teeth anymore), that always encourages you to go back and try different paths.

It's a wobbly VN that tries to be ambitious but like any of these episodic like VNs it just putters around and drags with no clear path forward. Also it fell for the trap of special talents/powers at the start, that stuff always sounds great but you can tell with each episode it gets worse and worse at keeping things tied together.
