Pure chaotic evil cRPG won't happen, it's a fucking financial suicide. Even in Tyranny, that less popular cRPG, you are playing the role of a lawful evil inquisitor of sorts, with nobody siding with chaotic evil faction.
One of Owlkek 2 still unrevealed cRPGs is for sure a fantasy title. If the other one is another 40k title, I'm betting on a Necromunda to again switch atmosphere from Inquisition and Rogue Traders into sort of 40k cyberunk with gangs and stuff.
