Kryosheet allows for a hassle-free setup, make sure the sheet is covering the hottest areas of the IHS (not the literal CPU die) and the CPU cooler needs to be installed with the right amount of (even) mounting pressure.
You can fuck up PTM7950 application pretty badly, most people advise you to buy enough spares.
MX-6 or Duronaut paste is good enough for most people.

Don't be fooled by some of the better-performing pastes on this chart, pretty much all of the XOC pastes aren't designed with longevity in mind.
