it's just mk7 with optics and "stub" pipes, both of which can be seen on tacticals and devastators. and yes it was made for badab which is where zone mortalis and boarding actions missions come from. hell, I'm convinced that badab served as a beta test for HH. as for the sarum I pattern I'm certain that it never got a model despite several look alikes as the case with nuHH WE heads that are either mk6 variant or truly sarum.
