Bird would be good if he had recluse level hp and had a skill based way to block ele damage, and could perform all attacks while blocking.
Enemies are mobile enough that he’d constantly need to be moving so you couldn’t just safely turtle forever, you’d need to actually be good at never getting hit to stay alive, and his dogshit damage might improve if he could safely attack more often.
