From what I read, it takes about 6-days for them to make one of their Shabbadabbadoo-4 (Kornholier) missiles.
If they can only make 4 or so a month, what kind of stockpile do you think they actually have?

The U.S. strikes Iran using GBU-57 and Tomahawk missiles: powerful bunker-buster bombs used for the first time.

During an attack on Iranian nuclear facilities, the United States deployed GBU-57 bunker-buster bombs and Tomahawk cruise missiles, according to reports from The New York Times, Fox News, and CNN.

▪ GBU-57 is the most powerful bunker-buster bomb in the world, containing nearly 2.5 tons of explosives. It can penetrate up to 19 meters of reinforced concrete or reach depths of up to 61 meters underground before detonation.

▪ According to Fox News and The New York Times, 5–6 of these bombs were dropped by B-2 Spirit bombers on a facility in Fordow.

▪ CNN reports that 12 GBU-57 bombs were used, noting this is the first known instance of their use in combat.

▪ In addition, during the strikes on targets in Natanz and Isfahan, the U.S. launched 30 Tomahawk cruise missiles from submarines.

Footage captures the moment of the GBU-57 deployment — bombs specifically designed to destroy the most fortified underground structures.
