It's a minigun supergun. i put this one together myself, but you can find people selling them on ebay. it's the only supergun i've ever used but it's worked pretty well for me so far with this pgm board and a 1-slot neo geo. mine uses the same av connector as a model 2 genesis, but there's a version with an 8-pin mini din also.

the cart is a bootleg one i made from another open source design. i just had some random labels i found online printed out for them.

i like the pgm a lot but i will say they are notorious for having issues so unless you like to fix stuff be careful where you buy from.
