Yeah you can grow so many in the same manner, same substrate (wood) and same conditions (humidity, fresh air, etc). The entire growing process is identical for most the species you see at the market. Oddly button mushrooms are the odd one out, one of the reasons they don't often grow those -- they need pasteurized cow poop. They wound't really be able to compete on price for those anyway, though.
Cordyceps are by far the strangest to grow, at least for the common species. I'm pivoting to focusing on doing mushroom coffee only going forward. Much better logistically than trying to peddle fresh produce at the market.
