Her skin is completely unlit and glows in the dark, like some other materials in the game. The only other difference is that the characters have fresnel shading(the whiet light inside Elma's sleeves here) which makes the characters look really funny in wet and dark scenes.
Everything else is exactly the same and you're a retard for trying to argue otherwise.
