In France too!
Whenever I went out as a kid, I would always buy a Picsou Magazine (for the cool gadgets too) which had a lot of the Don Rosa stories, or a Super Picsou Géant, or a Mickey Parade (both had a lot of the Italian stuff like Fantomiald, Power Duck or the usual Carl Barks stories).

And yeah just in case, in France Picsou = Scrooge.
