Your entire argument about anything being "faithful" is instantly proven false by the fact that Joytoy's figures not having the midget proportions of the minis.
Even when they changed style mid-line, the newer figures (left) still don't have the midget proportions of the minis.

Pic clearly shows that they weren't trying to copy the minis before and how they aren't faithful now either, despite looking more cartoony today.

So again, you ahve an entire line that is inconsistently non-scale with itself.
