>only full time help desk employee for 350 employee utility company, and backups if i miss a call (which happens often, they have other duties and being help desk is not their primary job)

>if my backup people are busy (which is often) then they can't get the calls I miss
>can't use bathroom if I don't have backup
>Boss has had me on PIP for 7 out of 10 months I have been here
>desperately want them to get rid of me so I can go on unemployment
>have to ask for PTO a month in advance (not other employee in my dept needs to)
>had 5 ppl originally in team, now down to 4 (1 person retired, I am the youngest person in team), it has taken them over 8 months to find a replacement
