I wished for ap3 lib conc, and this is basically it.
It works, but the stun effect is really glitchy.

Honestly my problem with most stun tools are that they're just innefficient with what they're supposed to do.

>Ems strike takes forever to come in, gets caught on litterally everything, and enemies that walk through it don't get stunned reliably
>Urchin takes two pulses to stun heavies, doesn't reliably stun fleshpounds, and the aoe is too small to stun lock chaff running at you
>Pacifier and pummeler take way too many bullets to stun shit, so by the time you stun it it either hits you or is dead

Like you look at gas?

>lingers in a cloud
>Lasts 4 - 10 seconds after applying
>staggers things half the time
>deals damage to whittle down enemies so you can forget about them
>Doesn't prohibit you from moving through it


Like gas is amazing, gas works perfectly and everyone would shit their pants if these guns shot gas bulets. It's a problem with the stun itself.
